As the world begins to open up again, we are pleased to belatedly announce that we have secured the services of Mr. Rui Palavra, former Global Technical Manager of Amorim Cork Composites, one of the world's largest producers of CorkRubber and a long-standing partner of Whitby & Chandler Ltd. Rui has joined as our European Sales Manager and will be working from his base in Portugal.
Rui has extensive experience of the use of cork in many industrial applications, particularly in the T&D sector, and we are delighted to make this addition to our Sales Team. He joined us at the beginning of the pandemic and whilst this has limited his face-to-face visits, he's been active through Zoom and Teams meetings and is looking forward to getting out to meet our customers, old and new, both in the UK and further afield.
