Whitby and Chandler has gasket cutting and rubber moulding facilities on one site in Penistone, Sheffield.
This means we can not only offer three- dimensional shapes as well as flat cut parts but also have the ability to press-cut in house moulded sheet. This combines the precision of moulding set against calendaring sheet but can also preclude expensive tool costs.
Our manufacturing facilities give us the capability to offer one-off, small-batch items on a same-day service as well as to support volume accounts, which can see us ship 100,000 plus batches of gaskets as well as everything in between.
The software in use on our cutting tables means that we can utilise existing CAD files or reverse-engineer parts from customer sample.
Our partnerships with a range of carriers means that we can normally offer a next-day delivery service.
We have in-house targets for quoting customers quickly and monitor our OTD performance, always realising that personal service is the key to any customer relationship. We have Technical Sales Engineers who are able to visit site to assist in making recommendations for part design and/or material selection. This is supported by dedicated internal staff who can be assigned key account management.
