Our Rubber Moulding department was re-located into an onsite purpose-built factory in 2000, and houses Compression, Injection and Transfer Rubber Moulding technology in one of the cleanest and most efficient facilities within the UK. We have single, double and multi-daylight rubber moulding presses that combine steam and electric power sources. Our ancillary equipment includes extruders, steam tables, and rubber mills.

Wide selection of Materials

We work with a range of rubber compound manufacturers to supply products in a wide selection of materials from all the common polymers, such as nitrile, neoprene, EPDM, silicone, fluorosilicone and Viton(*). We are also able to offer special materials for bespoke applications and can supply rubber-to-metal bonded items, sourcing our own metal parts or using Customer free-issue items if this is preferred.

Vast Wealth of accumulated Knowledge

Management of the rubber moulding division has key personnel with over 35 years’ individual service. Their vast wealth of accumulated knowledge is readily imparted into new development projects, often incorporating prototype tool design and specific material formulation. Key staff are on hand to have customer visits and face-to-face meetings, presenting a level of service that is second-to-none. This leads to cost- effective quotations which take into account batch size and tooling requirements.


Our gasket and rubber moulding production facilities are equipped to meet all requirements from moulding, cutting and slitting, to bespoke packaging, kit and prototype production.
