Christmas Celebration for the Team

Once again the fantastic Cubley Hall was the venue for our annual Christmas function where we get the chance to reflect on another year. This one being the one hundred and first in the Company's trading history.

It's also a chance to catch up with the retirees who are always invited back to join in the celebrations, most of whom continue to defy the effects of ageing and look younger every year.

Dawn Swain celebrated 25 years' service and was presented with a selection of gifts along with the obligatory WCL cake and of course in true WCL fashion a number of guests made special appearances to mark Dawn's achievement including no other than a  Hollywood "A" lister along with a couple of Penistone's "B" listers.

Thanks to all our staff for their continued efforts in 2024 and here's to 2025.
