£1000 Raised!

We were delighted when this Certificate landed on our doorstep

It was sent to recognise that we had raised £1000 for Yorkshire Cancer Research who, as Yorkshire's independent cancer charity, aims to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer.

The £1000 was raised through donations made by visitors, the sale of Wristbands and Key Rings at our reception as well as by us selling the annual "Yorkshire Quiz" sheets - aka the hardest quiz in the World for non 'Yorkies'.

Allied to this, we also have copies of "That was Delicious - a second Helping"  which is the Yorkshire Cookbook produced by them available to purchase from our premises.

We are proud to assist in whatever way we can in their efforts to beat Cancer - here's to the next £1000.00
